Unauthorized commercial use is a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Support and Maintenance
Support or maintenance may be provided at the discretion of the Licensors. Terms of such support will be separately agreed.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensors may terminate your access immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, all use must cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensors shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other financial or commercial loss, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in that case, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

The Licensors do not endorse or control how the Software is used. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.
